We already got Fist of Gods with a 1.5second hard CC (stun). This proves HiRez has no issue with adding abilities containing CC.

I suggest following additions/tweaks:
Creeping Curse Tier 3 Alternative: Crippling Curse. Only 40% slow and only 3 second duration (opposed to 50% & 5s on T3 Creeping), but as well adds a Cripple effect instead of the healing debuff. HiRez did mention working on a 'cripple ability' but didn't add it into the game yet. This would be a fine chance. CD 90 seconds.

Purification Beads Tier 3 Alternative: Radiating Beads. Removes all CC effects from you and all allies nearby and makes them immune to further CC for 1 second (opposed to 2 seconds on yourself + 5 second CD reduction). CD 90

New Ability: Plague
TIER 1: Reduces all damage dealt of nearby enemys by 5% for 8 seconds. CD 150
TIER 2: Reduces all damage dealt of nearby enemys by 10% for 8 seconds. CD 120
TIER 3.1 Disarming Plague: Reduces all damage dealt of nearby enemys by 10% for 8 seconds. Additionally disarms all enemy gods for 3 seconds (FYI: Disarm disables auto-attacks, but does not silence the target). CD 90
TIER 3.2 Silencing Plague: Reduces all damage dealt of nearby enemys by 10% for 8 seconds. Additionally silences all enemy gods for 2 seconds. CD 90

A generic debuff ability is needed in my oppinion and for the sake of scaling it's probably best to make it a plain % reduction (opposed to affecting cooldowns, attackspeed or powers).
